JR & Co DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE ANY REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, However we do allow (1) Exchange within 7 days of the purchase date for store credit. Item MUST be in the same brand new condition in order to qualify for the exchange, If item is used or damaged we will not accept it back. (CUSTOM JEWELRY/CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSIT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IT IS FINAL SALE)     


For sending an item back please contact us first, Once we approve please ship your package via UPS or Fedex and insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. J.R & Co Diamonds are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.


We'll contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality inspection team must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged or have been worn during the 7-day period and we will offer you the store credit.
